We call our honeycombe 'DOUBLE BEET' - this is because it's made using British-grown sugar from sugar beet. We also add beetroot juice for a subtle fruity flavour.
We make our crunchy honeycombe in small batches and hand-dip in either DARK CHOCOLATE or OAT M*LK CHOCOLATE.
As with all of our products, these are Vegan (there's no HONEY in our honeycombe), gluten and soya free. The transparent bags are made from wood pulp which is biodegradable and compostable - no plastic.
The coloured ribbons tied at the top denote the chocolate type - GOLD is Oat M*lk chocolate and BLUE is dark chocolate.

DARK CHOCOLATE 65% cocoa solids. INGREDIENTS: Honeycombe (Sugar, glucose, invert sugar, beetroot juice, apple juice, bicarbonate of soda, monopotassium tartrate), Dark Chocolate (cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin).

OAT M*LK CHOCOLATE 43% cocoa solids.

PLANT-BASED & SOYA-FREE CHOCOLATE
Our 65% cocoa solids is a well balanced dark chocolate, without too much bitterness. Allergen-free, it does not use soya lecithin, plus the flavour comes from cacao, without adding vanilla.
The remarkable chocolate we use in our Oat M*LK chocolate is a single origin from Colombia with 43% cocoa solids. The smooth, creamy taste comes from gluten free oats and rice to taste great, and yet is 100% plant based.
